The Concept A is a bait casting reel. It retails for around $175. I think it is well worth the money, you get what you pay for. It is a very smooth reel. you can get it in a 5:3:1 to a 8:1:1 gear ratio. It includes a 22 pound drag system.  Learning how to use a bait caster compared to a opened face reel is a little more challenging. This is a perfect reel for starters or pros. This reel (or any 13 fishing reel) is really cool because you can buy parts to upgrade or customize it.
